Write a Lens-Specific Lensmaster Bio
When I first discovered Squidoo I spent the first few moments on every lens I looked at reading the bio of the lensmaster who made it.
I was fascinated.
It really was one of the things I read first on a lens. Right after the title. Even before the introduction!
Writing a bio specific to each lens is not only good, but essential!
Try this:
1. Introduce yourself.
2. Thank them for visiting your lens.
3. Explain how you got interested in the topic you’re writing about.
4. Encourage them to check out your other lenses, or website, or blog, or to contact you, or to leave a comment in the guestbook.
If you do that for each of your lenses, the visitor will feel more comfortable being guided through the topic by you. The person they now know, like, and hopefully trust!
It is not that common online to see a picture of the person who wrote what you’re reading, and to learn a little about them. Although ‘Web 2.0′ is starting to change that.

Fantastic tip. I wasn’t aware you could change your bio on a lens by lens basis. I thought you would have to create a new account for each to do that.
Bravo.
Peace and Abundance.

Wonderful tip, I’ve been slowly editing each of mine to fit each lens! I look forward to reading more

John, you must now tell others

Me too, Melody! Takes some time but is worth it, definitely.
